Admin manage engineer and category of complain. engineer login in to system and view customer complain and solve and update it. You can get easy access on customer complaints coming through this web based application which further converted customer complain into ticket and organizing and assigning between the team also assigning priority with service level goal also you can respond for bulk complain. This customer based application help to manage customer complain in a very efficient way to make your customer happy. we are adding some more function like adding features into it by integrating complain coming through twitter, Facebook page, mobile app, and more social application.
