This Portal is designed to provide the facility where the customer can easily buy or sell their properties such as land, house, and shop. The user just has to register on this web portal, then the user can easily upload information of their properties to sell and also search properties to buy. The system contains a search filter which helps users to search property in a certain city, area or state. While buying Property such as house, land, and shops as per user’s requirements, the user can view the details of each and every property and if the user is interested then he/she can contact to the owner of the property. Likewise, while selling property in different areas & requirements. The user can search for all kinds of properties here. It also allows the user to view details of each and every property. From Admin panel, admin can also search property and manage the latest property news, users, state, city, area, category and receive feedback from the customers. This web portal makes easier to the user for buying and selling properties online. This project is not difficult to operate and understood by the users. HOW TO RUN? You’ll need XAMP Server or WAMP Server. Put the file inside “c:/wamp/www/” or “c:/xampp/htdocs/”. Go To “localhost/phpmyadmin” in any browser and create Database (name according to SQL file). In that Database, Import the SQL file and finally go to URL: “http://localhost/file_name/phpfilename” After Starting Apache and MySQL in XAMPP, follow the following steps 1st Step: Extract file 2nd Step: Copy the main project folder 3rd Step: Paste in xampp/htdocs/ Now Connecting Database 4th Step: Open a browser and go to URL “http://localhost/phpmyadmin/” 5th Step: Then, click on databases tab 6th Step: Create database naming “pms” and then click on import tab 7th Step: Click on browse file and select “pms.sql” file which is inside “Database” folder 8th Step: Click on go. After Creating Database, 9th Step: Open a browser and go to URL “http://localhost/Property/” Insert the username and password which is provided inside the “Readme.txt” file.
